Refund, Returns & Shipping

Shipping
In-stock kits and accessories ship within 2 business days. Pre-built keyboards and cyberdecks are made to order and usually ship within 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
You can return unopened kits and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Built-to-order keyboards and custom cyberdecks can't be refunded once we've started building them.
Wrong or damaged items
If something arrives wrong or damaged, email us within 14 days with photos. We'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the return shipping.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Unless the item was wrong or damaged, you pay the return shipping.
Warranty
All KeyKits hardware has a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Email keykitsstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
