Who we are

KeyKits is a small keyboard shop based in the United States. Contact: keykitsstore@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Orders: your email, the items you bought, and the amount paid. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
• Accounts: your email and a password (stored hashed by our hosting provider).
• Reviews: the name you choose, your rating, and your text.
• Newsletter: your email only.
• Contact and build requests: the name, email, and message you send us.

We don't collect your address, phone number, or date of birth on this site. Stripe collects shipping details at checkout. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data.

Services we use

• Stripe: payments and shipping details
• Lovable Cloud: hosting, database, accounts, image storage
• Google Fonts: font files loaded by your browser
• Resend: sending emails about build requests

Children

This shop is not meant for children under 13. You must be 13 or older to create an account. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax law requires, usually up to 7 years. Everything else stays until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

Your rights and deletion

You can ask to see, fix, or delete your data at any time. If you're signed in, use "Delete my account" on the Orders page. Otherwise, send a deletion request from the Contact page or email us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
