A one-person shop that got tired of ordering keycaps, switches, and pullers from three different stores.
This started on a desk with a soldering iron, a 3D printer, and a stock office keyboard loud enough to annoy everyone in the house. Pulling caps and swapping switches turned into ordering parts in bulk, which turned into shipping kits to other people.
Every board that leaves here was assembled and typed on by hand — all of the keys, not a spot check. Kits exist because a single mod used to mean four orders: caps here, switches there, pullers you forgot. Custom builds and shoebox cyberdecks are made to order; put the idea on the Build Requests page and we'll price it out.
Batches are small, so shipping is slower than a warehouse and the email you send gets answered by the same person who packed your box.
