Shipping
In-stock kits and accessories ship within 2 business days. Pre-built keyboards and cyberdecks are made to order and typically ship within 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Returns
Unopened kits and accessories can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Built-to-order keyboards and custom cyberdecks are non-refundable once production has started — but if something arrives wrong or damaged, we'll make it right.
Warranty
All KeyKits hardware comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Email keykitsstore@gmail.com with photos and your order number and we'll sort it.
